What is date tracking in the fusion application and which tables it will affect?

Date tracking means maintaining a history of changes to personal records. Date tracking is based on two columns they are effective_start_date and effective_end_date

 Which tables containing these two columns then those tables are called base tables of the date tracking

Ex. per_all_people_f, per_person_names_f, per_all_assignments_m, per_addresses_f.
