What is Legislative Data Group? and why we use this?

When a company operates in different countries, it needs at least one LDG for each country. Each LDG is linked to specific payroll rules for that country.

So, when we want to keep things organized by country, we create an LDG for each country we work in. This is especially important because things like payroll rules and benefits can be different in each country.

To create an LDG, we use a task called "Manage Legislative Data Groups." It's like setting up a separate folder for each country's payroll and related information.
