What is the difference between Reviewer and Participant roles in Talent Review Meeting?

Reviewers

Reviewers are managers responsible for evaluating their employees. They have exclusive access to modify or update worker ratings before the meeting. Reviewers are tasked with preparing the review content prior to the meeting.

Participant

Participants, also typically managers, do not directly engage in updating ratings or preparing review content beforehand. Their involvement begins on the day of the meeting, where they offer their opinions about workers. These opinions may influence facilitators to make changes to worker ratings.
