When click on the Succession Org Chart, it takes her to home page

If you are an HR manager, you may want to view the succession org chart of your company. This chart shows the hierarchy of positions and the potential candidates for each role. However, you may encounter an error message when you try to access this feature it will take you to the home page, because of this missing privilege which is "View Succession Org Chart by HR".
