When we are assigning a role to the employee, that time we are able to see the "Assignable" checkbox what is the meaning of this?

A: When you create a role mapping you select whether a role is assignable or not.

When we are creating a role mapping at that time, we add a role like an employee or some other role that time we want to assign this automatically to an employee and then we will go to the user to see then we will understand that this role is automatically assigned to an employee.
