When we are clicking on the talent profile then it takes me to the different page instead of skills and qualification page

We need to add these privileges to the custom job role and regenerate the data role from the workforce structure
ORA_HRT_VIEW_PERSON_SKILLS_AND_QUALIFICATION
ORA_HRT_EDIT_PERSON_SKILLS_AND_QUALIFICATION
ORA_HRT_VIEW_PERSON_CAREER_PLANNING
ORA_HRT_EDIT_PERSON_CAREER_PLANNING
