You can make a template from scratch in a simple or fancy way. Then, you use a special tool called BI Publisher in Microsoft Word to add codes and customize the letter for each candidate. The template has to be saved in .rtf format in Word. When you open it in Word, the special codes are highlighted in gray. Anyone can see these codes, but only those with the BI Publisher tool can change them.
