What is the size of an attachment that we can attach with a document of record?
There is a profile option where the default value is 2GB. And the profile option is FND_FILE_UPLOAD_MAX_SIZE. This value can't be changed by anyone if it is required also. If anyone wants to increase the size, then we need to log a service request with business justifications to increase this file size limit.
Can we restrict a user to not upload certain file types in a document of record?
Yes, we can restrict users to not uploading a certain file format. Setup and Maintenance Manage Attachment File Formats This task allows you to configure the file formats that you want to restrict from being attached. The feature works as an "exclusion".
Can I view the details in the approval notification
