You will need to unpost and cancel the requisition before you can add questions as there is currently there is no way to edit an already posted requisition in this way. Please note that once a requisition is cancelled you will lose all applications for that requisition.
As far as we know, oracle didn't provide something like that where we can do the resume parsing in a Word document. But as of now, you can import a resume and print the application as a pdf.
