Is it possible to update the attachment using HDL?

Currently, it is not feasible in the system. If you want to upload an attachment to a document record within the same file name, then the system will create a new record with the attachment. If you want to overwrite the existing attachment with the newly uploaded attachment, then this is not possible in the system.

Not able to hide the delete button from a report

You have the BI administrator duty in this role which gives full access (admin-level access) to all reports. If you want the delete option to be removed even from this role then you have to go to the specific folder or specific report from which you want to remove the delete option.
